Chezhiwang and Car Research analyzed owner complaints and identified the highest‑quality cars of 2026. From January to August, the platform recorded 180,000 confirmed complaints — 15.5 % more than the previous year.
More than 77 % of the complaints concerned quality. The most common criticisms concerned the car’s “smart” interior options, driver assistants, and electrical systems. At the same time, gasoline engines and the exterior design became less of a concern, and series hybrids performed better than electric cars. The main pain for everyone is the inaccurate range and slow charging.
Who’s at the top in terms of the fewest complaints?
Tank 300, GAC M8, Wuling Bingo, Roewe D6, Li Auto i6, Voyah Dream+, Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, Hongqi HS6 PHEV and BYD Fang Cheng Bao Ti 7.
And in terms of customer satisfaction, they stand out.
